Officers from the National Police have broken up an international group responsible for burglary of 32 homes in Valencia, Castellon and Madrid.

In total 38 people have been arrested, who operated in all levels of the network, including a business owner who would sell the stolen items. A total of 15 of those arrested have been sent to prison as a precautionary measure.

The investigations began after a burglary committed in Alicante which led investigators to consider the crime had been committed by a gang.

A variety of stolen goods, including jewellery, computers, games, tablets and mobile phones were seized in the raids.
