It’s set to be a sell-out for the Easter holiday season for hotel bookings in the Mar Menor region, according to María del Mar Martínez of the Costa Calida Tourist Accommodation Association.

She says that occupancy rates for the holiday stood at 95 percent reservations at the start of the week, and with domestic tourists set to pick up the rest of the rooms this weekend, a bumper 2017 season is expected for her group’s members.
