One hundred and forty-four properties are set to be built in the Villamartin area of the Orihuela Costa, after licensing approval was granted by Orihuela council. Authority spokesman, Rafael Almagro, said the new constructions would be on Calle Verbena de la Paloma in the vicinity of the Villamartin Golf Club.
