Benidorm will host the last race of Oceanman’s World

Championship of Open Water Swimming which will also stage the Grand Final on Sunday October 16th.

Benidorm’s waters will decide both the male and female winners of the 2016 world circuit in

Oceanman and Half Oceanman distances. All participants who qualified in at least 10th place

in any one of the qualifying races of the circuit during this season can compete for the

titles, which means a number of local British swimmers will be taking part. All participants will compete under the same conditions, with a world title at stake!

The competition is also open to non-qualifying swimmers following the same courses, but will not be involved in the “world title” contest. More details are available via the website,
